In the second module, you’ll start looking at how much you can realistically achieve to support you in setting goals you can actually accomplish to get you started on a positive note and help you stay motivated. You’ll pinpoint your motivation and put strategies in place to keep you on track.
Module Three: The Importance of Lists
Lists are great. Lists help you organize your thought and give you a visual indication of what really has to be done and what you can leave until later. You’ll then start to prioritize your lists, so you can begin to schedule your day in the most effective way.
Module Four: Making Time for You
In the fourth module, you’ll learn about why it’s so important to set aside time for yourself. You’ll learn about how to schedule in breaks and time off and why doing less can actually result in you achieving more.
Module Five: Treat Your Life Like Your Business
In module five, you’ll learn about taking strategies which work well in business and apply them to your own life to get on track. You’ll learn about ways to keep yourself accountable, as well as how to track your progress.
Module Six: How to Get More Than 24 Hours Out of Your Day
In the sixth module, you’ll learn how to make time work for you. You’ll see how you can repurpose time to give you more hours in the day and how you can use your schedule to give you more breathing space to get everything done.
Module Seven: Final Thoughts
The last module summarizes everything you’ve learned and puts it all together to help you establish long lasting habits which will transform how you do things moving forward.
